Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Innovative Gear Works LLC Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Innovative Gear Works LLC affiliate program.

By applying to or participating in the program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the terms below.

1. Company Information

This affiliate program is operated by Innovative Gear Works LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Affiliate Program Overview

Affiliates may promote approved Innovative Gear Works LLC products using unique affiliate links, discount codes, or other approved marketing materials provided by the Company.

Affiliates may promote products through:

  • TikTok

  • YouTube

  • Instagram

  • Personal websites or blogs

  • Other approved social media platforms

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive:

  • 8% commission on qualified sales generated through their affiliate link or code.

A “qualified sale” means:

  • A completed customer purchase

  • Successfully paid for

  • Not refunded, charged back, or canceled

Innovative Gear Works LLC reserves the right to deny commissions resulting from fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity.

4. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions are paid:

  • Via PayPal

  • Every 30 days

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate PayPal payment information.

Payments may be delayed or withheld if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Orders are refunded or disputed

  • Affiliate violations occur

5. FTC Disclosure Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines in the United States.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting products.

Examples include:

  • “This post contains affiliate links.”

  • “I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link.”

Disclosures must be clear and visible on social media posts, videos, livestreams, and websites.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make false or misleading claims about products

  • Spam links or engage in deceptive marketing

  • Use unauthorized paid advertising using our brand name

  • Pretend to represent Innovative Gear Works LLC as an employee

  • Use copyrighted content or trademarks without permission

  • Generate fake orders, self-referrals, or fraudulent purchases

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

Innovative Gear Works LLC retains all ownership rights to its:

  • Brand name

  • Logos

  • Product images

  • Marketing materials

  • Trademarks

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved promotional materials solely for affiliate promotion purposes.

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Innovative Gear Works LLC.

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

  • Taxes

  • Reporting income

  • Business expenses

  • Compliance with local laws

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason.

Upon termination:

  • Affiliate links and promotional use must stop immediately

  • Unpaid commissions from invalid or fraudulent activity may be canceled

10. Limitation of Liability

Innovative Gear Works LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Technical interruptions

  • Tracking errors outside reasonable control

Our total liability under this Agreement shall never exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate.

11. Changes to Terms

Innovative Gear Works LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Innovative Gear Works LLC operates.
