LIMITED WARRANTY (SUMMARY)

Innovative Gear Works warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures, including internal electronics, that occur under normal operating conditions and intended use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper wiring or plumbing connections, over-tightening, environmental exposure, corrosion, water intrusion, freezing, improper winterization, over-pressurization, normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations from manufacturing processes, or use outside the provided specifications or instructions.

Because this product contains electronic control components and water-handling systems, improper installation or exposure to damaging conditions may void warranty coverage and affect safe operation.

Consumable components, seals, fittings, cosmetic wear, and damage caused by external factors are not covered under this warranty.

Modifying or altering this product outside the provided instructions may void the warranty and affect safe operation.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty claims. Replacement or repaired items will be shipped at no additional cost. Products that arrive defective or fail within the first 30 days of delivery may qualify for prepaid return shipping at our discretion.

Innovative Gear Works reserves the right to request photos, videos, troubleshooting steps, or additional information to verify warranty claims prior to issuing a return authorization.

Products returned for warranty evaluation may be tested upon receipt. If a product is found to be functioning properly or damaged due to installation error, misuse, improper handling, environmental conditions, or causes outside warranty coverage, the claim may be denied.

Innovative Gear Works’ sole obligation under this warranty is, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective product or component.

This warranty does not cover labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, diagnostic fees, vehicle downtime, loss of use, incidental damages, or consequential damages associated with product failure, removal, installation, or replacement.

Warranty information included in product manuals, packaging, inserts, marketing materials, reseller listings, or other documents is provided for general reference only and may not reflect the latest updates. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the warranty terms published on this website shall control.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California.
